6 PM to 7 PM - Returning students 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM - REGISTRATION CLOSED As introductory lessons for children who are new to Bharatnatyam, students will begin learning fundamentals such as posture, exercises, adavus, and mudras. Folk dancing will be incorporated to teach musicality and stage presence. Minimum age to start is 5 or 6 years old. The student must demonstrate good coordination of their rights and lefts, attention span for a 1 hour lesson, and able to be present in class without their parent present. If you feel your child fits these qualities but is younger than 5 years old, please contact us and we will do an assessment. Note: there is $50 administration fee included for semester 1, each student will receive a KBC uniform t-shirt and accessory.
